We compiled a list of things we think would help you get started with the sport of baseball. It can be overwhelming at first but we think this list should help!

Must haves:

• Baseball glove

• Baseball pants

• Baseball cleats

• Athletic cup (male players)

Good to have (PYBA does have a few items below you can use throughout the season):

• Baseball bat (check the Little League rules page to ensure you are using the right bat for the correct division)

• Helmet

• Batting gloves

• Sliding shorts (recommended for Minors -- players' pitch division and higher)

Included with PYBA registration:

• Hat & jersey (all divisions)

• Belt & socks (Minors -- players pitch and above)
